Blues in the Neighbourhood - das sind die beiden Nachbarn Klaus "Kille" Kindler am Bass und Gitarrist Michael Groebert sowie Daniel Rozman oder Rigo Maier am Schlagzeug, Jan Gerolstein an der Bluesharp, Sarah Lautermann an den Keys/Voc und die stimmstarke rumänische Sängerin Andrada Sirbu.

Blues in the Neighbourhood ist eine Liveband. Die 6 Musiker aus Deutschland, Rumänien und Kroatien covern keine Songs. Ganz in der Tradition der 60er und 70er Jahre, werden die Songs so interpretiert und neu arrangiert, dass ein authentisches und vollkommen neues Klangbild entsteht. Ein Programm aus neuarrangierten Klassikern und eigenen Songs wird dann auf die Bühne gebracht. Mit dieser Mischung ist der Spaß beim Zuhören vorprogrammiert. Andradas "Romanian Energy" läßt zudem garantiert kein Publikum unberührt. Man muss nicht unbedingt Bluesliebhaber sein um diese Band zu mögen.

BLUES IN THE NEIGHBOURHOOD - since 2014 they are the two neighbours Klaus "Kille" Kindler on bass and guitarist Michael Groebert as well as the Croatian Daniel Rozman or Rigo Maier on drums, Jan Gerolstein on blues harp, Sarah Lautermann on Keys/Voc and the vocally strong Romanian singer Andrada Sirbu.

 

BLUES IN THE NEIGHBOURHOOD is a live band. The 6 musicians from Germany, Romania, Poland and Croatia don't cover any songs. In the tradition of the 60s and 70s, the songs are interpreted and rearranged in such a way that an authentic and completely new sound is created. A program of newly arranged classics and own songs is then brought on stage. With this mixture the fun of listening is pre-programmed. Andrada's "Romanian Energy" is guaranteed to leave no audience untouched.

You don't have to be a blues lover to like this band.
